CTR On-Site Analysis Phase Requirement:
- The Technical Review Engineer shall record the findings of
the Site Analysis in the site details spreadsheet.
- Take inventory and capture all existing hardware, buildings
and any other unique system needs. Ensure that proper facilities
exist, and that the expected server location has adequate temperature controls.
- Ensure licesing is sufficient for any software to be installed or migrated.
- Identify additional hardware or software required to complete an installation
(connectors, cables, peripherals, or software).
- Verify the availability of power, phone, and network jacks, especially in relation
to new or existing hardware.
- Identify any cabling needs.
- Site Analysis doesnot include troubleshoot existing hardware or software.

Recommendation will be delivered within 4 business days in written needs analysis.
- CTR will recommend Tier 1 product or Clone compatible if requested.
- Special needs will be accessed for "best fit" of each user.
- PC brand and speed will be provided with 2 choices.
- Software and Licenses needs will be advised.
- Printer needs will be evaluated and recommended.
- Network connectivity will be evaluated.
- Security will be recommended if necessary.
